Please and make sure your Shipping Address is correct before completing your purchase.
the best way to make sure the address is filled out correctly is to look it up through Google maps and Copy and paste it.
if you realize you have made a mistake on your address and haven't received a tracking number send me a email of the correct address with your name.
if you fill in the address field incorrectly your are responsible for re-shipping Payments and will not receive a refund for product if you choose not to pay it.

Please Keep in Mind that Everything on my Website is set In Canadian Currency and at Checkout may Show Canadian But you will only be charged in your Currency. I Have a currency Converter on the TOP of the SHOP PAGE.

For Canadian buyers I Offer tracked shipping at a flat rate of $20 through Canada Post. This rate is not inflated, believe it or not, this is how much it costs me Before Tax to ship within Canada.
For My USA buyers, I also Offer A flat Rate of 12$CAD For Tracked Shipping Through Canada Post.

Indijah Bead only offering Tracked Shipping protects both parties and ensures that if a parcel goes missing, you Will be reimbursed or receive replacement product! I will continue to offer local pick up within the Calgary area.

How long does it take me to Make a Piece
It would be and honour to make a custom Piece for you or a loved one. Custom work is always A priority for me. I put a lot of care, love and hard work into every piece I make. depending on the creation most pieces take me 5-15 hours to complete. Most of the time I can complete a custom order in a week's time after ordering. so please consider this when looking at my pricing.
